ZAGREB, Aug 27 (Hina) - The Croatian Association of Employers in the Construction Industry (HUP-UPG) has signed a partnership agreement with the Croatian Construction Workers' Union (SGH) and the Polish non-governmental organisation Stowarzyszenie B-4 in establishing a parity fund as part of a project aimed at strengthening social dialogue in the construction sector, the Croatian Employers' Association (HUP) said in a press release on Thursday.
