SARAJEVO, Aug 24, (Hina) -- The Secretariat of the Energy Community, which brings together European Union member states, western Balkan countries plus Ukraine and Moldova, has proposed imposing sanctions on Bosnia and Herzegovina over its failure to comply with deadlines for adopting a state-level energy strategy, the Sarajevo-based Dnevni Avaz reported on Monday.
