ZAGREB, Aug 19
(Hina) - The Split County Prosecutor's Office has
launched an investigation into eight former commanders of the enemy
army and Croatian Serb paramilitaries, charging them with the murder
of 117 civilians, rape, destruction of property and expulsion of the
Croat population from Sibenik-Knin County, and according to unofficial
information, the investigation also covers Serbian general Borislav
Djukic, recently arrested in Montenegro for destroying the Peruca dam
in Croatia.
