ZAGREB, July 29
(Hina) - The Luka Rijeka d.d has successfully
completed its recapitalisation via a public offer with 32% more
interest expressed than had been expected in 7.5 million new regular
shares registered at a price of HRK 40 per share and the port has
gained a new partner - OT Logistics as the owner of 20% of shares in
the port.
