ZAGREB, July 29
(Hina) - Commenting on the European Commission's
statement that the Arbitration Tribunal would continue to operate even
if Croatia withdraws from the arbitration procedure, spokesman for the
Croatian government Nikola Jelic said on Wednesday that the
Arbitration Agreement between Croatia and Slovenia was not in the
jurisdiction of the European Commission and that the arbitration deal
is a bilateral agreement between two equal members of the European
Union.
