(Hina) - Croatia cannot dissolve the Arbitral
Tribunal but it can withdraw from the arbitration proceedings, Prime
Minister Zoran Milanovic said at the start of an extraordinary session
of parliament on Wednesday, convened to discuss a government proposal
for Croatia's withdrawal from the border arbitration with Slovenia.
