ZAGREB, July 21
(Hina) - The Supreme Court is expected to decide in
late September on appeals against the verdict in the Fimi Media case,
under which former Croatian prime minister Ivo Sanader and the
Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) political party were found guilty of
siphoning money from state institutions and state owned companies
through the Fimi Media marketing agency, after which the case was
named.
