SARAJEVO, July 15
(Hina) - The international community's High
Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina Valentin Inzko said on
Wednesday he regretted that the National Assembly of the Republika
Srpska had adopted a proposal to organise a referendum on the state
level judiciary and the authorities of the High Representative, adding
that this goes beyond the competence of the Bosnian Serb entity
parliament.
