The figures of the Croatian Employment Office show that at the end of March, there were 319,211 jobless Croatians and that the registered unemployment rate was 19.7%, also 0.6 percentage points lower than at the end of March 2014.
Analysts of the RBA bank say in their comment that regardless of methodological differences, it is a fact that Croatia's labour market is characterised by a high degree of seasonality, high jobless rates and low activity rates.
The analysts expects the ILO unemployment rate to drop below 17% by the end of the year.
