PRISTINA, June 27
(Hina) - A motion to set up a tribunal that should
try former members of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), suspected of
war crimes and serious crimes such as alleged organ harvesting during
the insurgency to throw off Serbian rule in the 1990s, was not
endorsed in the Kosovo parliament on Friday, as the bill was short of
five votes required for its two-third majority passage.
