LJUBLJANA/ZAGREB, June 21
(Hina) - The Permanent Court of
Arbitration (PCA) in The Hague said on Saturday that it was concerned
about statements that could suggest that, despite the confidentiality
of arbitration proceedings in a Croatian-Slovenian border dispute, one
of the parties could have unofficial information on the outcome of the
proceedings, noting that such statements did not contribute to solving
the dispute but also expressing satisfaction with the readiness of
both sides to respect the confidentiality of the proceedings and
noting that sanctions were not necessary.
