ZAGREB, June 11
(Hina) - The government on Thursday greenlighted the
launching of procedures for deleveraging of the motorway operators the
Croatian Motorways (HAC) and the Rijeka-Zagreb Motorway (ARZ) through
the privatisation of the HAC-ONC motorway maintenance and toll company
in an initial public offering (IPO).
