Ex-ICTY prosecutor: Serbia's responsibility for Srebrenica genocide can still be proved

SARAJEVO, May 12 (Hina) - It is still possible to prove before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) that Serbia is responsible for the military aggression and genocide committed in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), and the Bosnian authorities should seriously consider the opportunity for a review of the earlier judgement, a former prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), Sir Geoffrey Nice, and the president of the Helsinki Committee on Human Rights in Serbia, Sonja Biserko, said in Sarajevo on Tuesday.
