ZAGREB, May 6
(Hina) - The General Assembly of the Port of Rijeka on
Wednesday decided to increase the company's share capital through the
injection of up to 300 million kuna, and this recapitalisation will be
carried out through the public offering of new shares on the Zagreb
Stock Exchange, the Rijeka-headquartered company stated.
