PODGORICA, April 29
(Hina) - Croatia and Montenegro will encourage
ethnic minorities to take part in decision-making at the local and
state levels when it comes to the status of ethnic communities,
according to a conclusion of Tuesday's meeting between Montenegrin
Human and Minorities Rights Minister, Suad Numanovic, and the
Croatian-Montenegrin Intergovernmental Committee for implementation of
the 2009 bilateral agreement on their respective minorities.
