"We will try to reach zero and we would be very happy to reduce the number of the missing people to a minimum," Matic told the press. He added the ministry was doing its best to shed light on the fate of the missing, adding that the ministry had the support of both the Catholic Church and the Serb Orthodox Church.
Matic underscored that the remains of the people identified at the Zagreb Institute of Forensics by members of their families had been discovered in several graves across five counties where the military operations "Storm" and "Flash" took place.
Also present at today's identification were observers from the Serbian Commission for Missing Persons and representatives of international organisations dealing with this issue.
