ZAGREB, March 21
(Hina) - The Croatian Engine Drivers' Union will
organise a nation-wide strike in early April because it believes that
the management of the HZ rail company is not negotiating in good faith
on wage cuts and restructuring of the HZ Passenger Transport company,
and because the management is uncontrollably getting bigger, while the
number of engine drivers is being reduced, union leader Nenad Mrgan
announced at a press conference on Saturday.
