SUBOTICA, March 4
(Hina) - The mayor of the northern city of
Subotica in Vojvodina has banned the promotion of two scientific books
about the origins of the Bunjevci Croats in the "Gradska Kuca" venue
within the City Hall where various cultural manifestations and book
launch events are held, with his explanation that the promotion of the
two publications whose authors are four professors of the Faculty of
Humanities and Social Sciences of Zagreb University has a political
character.
