(Hina) - The government has always kept several
models in mind with regard to repaying debts incurred by two
state-owned motorway operators and the most favourable option to
monetise those debts is to lease the motorways, a well-informed source
told Hina on Friday commenting on media reports that a reserve plan
existed, namely the privatisation of the HAC-ONC motorway maintenance
and toll company.
