SARAJEVO, Feb 26
(Hina) - A European Court for Human Rights ruling
released on Thursday determines that members of the former Yugoslav
People's Army (JNA) do not have the right to be given back apartments
in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) in which they were tenants until the
disintegration of the former Yugoslavia if in the meantime they have
been provided with housing in another former Yugoslav country, the BiH
representative before that court in Strasbourg, Monika Mijic, said on
Thursday.
