Video clips calling public to cooperate in this project will be aired by the national broadcaster as of Tuesday, the ministry said in a press release on Tuesday.
Since 1997, a total of 843 people have been deinstitutionalised and accommodated in half-way houses in 224 communities, designed for people with chronic mental health disorders, the ministry recalled.
The ministry plans that another 1,000 people will leave 32 institutions and be placed in half-way houses by 2016.
