ZAGREB, Feb 3
(Hina) - In its ruling on Tuesday in the Croatia vs
Serbia genocide case the International Court of Justice concluded that
during Operation Storm, in which Croatia liberated the part of its
territory in August 1995 which until then had been under the control
of rebel Serb forces, "it is unable to find that there was any
indiscriminate shelling" in Serb-held areas, but that crimes were
committed against Serbs.
