BRUSSELS, Dec 1
(Hina) - Croatian member of the European Parliament
Andrej Plenkovic on Monday welcomed the motion of the prosecutors to
the Hague-based UN tribunal to rescind its decision on temporary
release of war crimes indictee Vojislav Seselj an to order his return
into the Scheveningen detention centre, saying that the European
Parliament's resolution on Serbia and the Seselj case has impact on
this move of the tribunal's prosecutors.
