ZAGREB, Nov 17
(Hina) - The 28 European Union member-states invested
almost EUR 275 billion in Research and Development (R&D) last year,
which means that "R&D expenditure as a percentage of GDP, stood at
2.02% in the EU28 in 2013, compared with 1.76% in 2004", however, the
EU newcomer Croatia is in the lower part of the rankings, the EU
statistical office Eurostat said in a report on Monday.
