(Hina) - Independent Democratic Serb Party (SDSS)
member of Parliament Milorad Pupovac on Friday strongly opposed the
proposed amendment to the Criminal Procedure Act by which the
government aimed to facilitate in absentia trials, saying that such an
amendment would create a rift between his party and the government.
