LJUBLJANA, Oct 24
(Hina) - A recent ruling of a Zagreb Municipal
Court judge, Vinka Nobilo, to terminate the proceedings initiated by
Privredna Banka Zagreb that sued Slovenia's now defunct Ljubljanska
Banka (LB) and its successor Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) over the
so-called transferred savings, has been applauded in Slovenia as a
positive signal indicating that this issue would be tackled within the
process of succession to former Yugoslavia, Slovenian media outlets
reported on Friday.
