LJUBLJANA, Sept 26
(Hina) - The Slovenian government has formed two
task forces to handle the return of Yugoslav-era foreign currency
savings in Ljubljanska Banka (LB) to depositors in Croatia and Bosnia
and Herzegovina, and is preparing an action plan to implement a
European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruling under which Slovenia must
reimburse them under the same model that it reimbursed depositors in
Slovenia, the STA news agency said on Friday.
