ZAGREB, Sept 24
(Hina) - The independent union of science and higher
education employees supports a referendum to change the electoral
system because it is of universal and vital interest for all Croatian
citizens, the union's leader, Vilim Ribic, said on Wednesday signing
the referendum petition launched by the civil society group "In the
name of the family".
