ZAGREB, Sept 17
(Hina) - Justice Minister Orsat Miljenic said on
Wednesday he did not know why Supreme Court president Branko Hrvatin
had not submitted a report to parliament, which he was bound to do by
a law passed 18 months ago, and announced legislative amendments under
which judicial reports would have to be submitted by the end of the
first quarter of the following year at the latest.
