(Hina) - European Commission official Sylvain Pasqua
spoke about the European Capital of Culture initiative at an
information event organised by the Culture Ministry and the European
Commission in Zagreb on Friday, stressing that it was an excellent
opportunity to revive cities and enhance their international profile.
