LUXEMBOURG, June 19
(Hina) - Croatia has objections to the European
Commission's recommendation that Zagreb should accelerate the
introduction of the statutory retirement age at 67 and expects to
receive a consent for that from the Commission and the Council of the
European Union, Croatian Labour and Pension System Minister Mirando
Mrsic said on Thursday in Luxembourg where he took part in a meeting
of the Employment, Social Policy, Health and Consumer Affairs (EPSCO)
Council, which was also attended by Croatian Social Policy Minister
Milanka Opacic.
