EBRD reduces its ownership stake in Agrokor

ZAGREB, June 12 (Hina) - Following Agrokor's successful raising of a EUR 485 million loan, the Croatian food and beverage company and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) have redefined their relationship. In order to facilitate this transaction, the EBRD will remain a minority shareholder in Agrokor with a 2.31 per cent-stake to further support the successful development of the company, the EBRD said in a statement on Thursday.
