ZAGREB, June 9
(Hina) - The Zagreb County Court will on Tuesday
announce its decision on an indictment against the Management Board
chair of Hungary's oil and gas group MOL, Zsolt Hernadi, who is
charged with having bribed former Croatian prime minister Ivo Sanader
to secure for MOL majority management rights in the Croatian oil and
gas company INA.
