LJUBLJANA, June 5
(Hina) - Slovenia will on Friday present its
arguments to the arbitral tribunal of the Permanent Court of
Arbitration regarding the dispute with Croatia on the border
demarcation on the sea, and will request access to the high seas and a
majority of Piran Bay (aka Savudrija Bay), citing "special
circumstances," the Ljubljana-based "Delo" daily reported on
Thursday.
