ZAGREB, May 29
(Hina) - Only after the perpetrators have been
punished and the victims compensated for, will the victims of rape in
the 1991-1995 war be served justice and be able to rebuild their
lives, more than 20 years after the gross crimes were committed and
after years of stigmatisation in society, UN and Croatian officials
and representatives of civil society organisations said in Zagreb on
Thursday.
