ZAGREB, May 14
(Hina) - The Appeals Chamber of the International
Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) on Wednesday
ordered former commander of the Croatian Defence Council (HVO) Main
Staff Slobodan Praljak to reimburse the tribunal the amount of EUR 2.8
million for the costs it sustained in providing him with legal aid
within 90 days at once or, if he wishes, in monthly installments over
a three-year period, according to a statement released by the ICTY on
Wednesday.
