ZAGREB, April 7
(Hina) - Two workers' unions active in the oil and
gas company INA on Monday issued a statement criticising as
unreasonable the government's recent decision to transfer the job of
wholesale gas supply from INA's subsidiary "Prirodni plin" to the
power supply company HEP, saying the decision was contrary to
principles of market competition and jeopardised INA workers' jobs,
resulting potentially in an increase in prices at which natural gas
was sold to households.
