ZAGREB, March 30
(Hina) - Pre-bankruptcy settlement deals have been
reached for 950 companies with HRK 17.4 billion in liabilities and
18,189 employees, and financial restructuring plans have been adopted
in another 757 cases, since the entry into force of the Financial
Operations and Pre-Bankrupty Settlement Act in October 2012, figures
provided by the Financial Agency (FINA) show.
