(Hina) - Member of the European Parliament Davor
Stier of the Opposition Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) party said in
Mostar on Friday that the European Council would not support the
initiative by Croatian Foreign Minister Vesna Pusic for a new EU
approach to Bosnia and Herzegovina, which proposes postponing the
enforcement of the European Court of Human Rights ruling in the
Sejdic-Finci case which, he said, would also delay efforts to improve
the status of the local Croat community.
