ZAGREB, March 26
(Hina) - The right to appropriate housing
accommodation is a fundamental human right and the authorities should
help all those who want to come back to their (pre-war) homes, benches
of the Croatian parliamentary parties said on Wednesday during a
discussion on an agreement between Croatia and the Development Bank of
the Council of Europe on regional housing programmes.
