ZAGREB, March 24
(Hina) - Croatian President Ivo Josipovic has said
that he is glad to see that Opposition leader Tomislav Karamarko has
toned down his previous statements about the five-pointed Red Star, a
symbol of socialism and ex-Communist countries, after the Croatian
Democratic Union (HDZ) chief had initially announced a possibility to
ban that symbol when his party came to power.
