(Hina) - Finance Minister Slavko Linic has assessed
that launching bankruptcy proceedings for "Mirna Rovinj" is bad for
that fish processing and canning factory, as the latest legislation on
this matter does not provide for bankruptcy with restructuring,
however it remains to be seen what the relevant commercial court will
rule on the matter.
