ZAGREB, March 18
(Hina) - Although unhappy with the European
Commission's latest report on the state of justice systems in the
European Union, in which Croatia is one of the member states with the
poorest score, the Justice Ministry said on Tuesday it expected
progress from a reorganisation of the justice system which was also
aimed at balancing the judges' caseload.
