ZAGREB, March 4
(Hina) - Zsolt Hernadi, CEO of the Hungarian oil
company MOL, whose name has been removed from Interpol's Wanted list
while his case is being under review by the Commission for the Control
of Interpol's Files (CCF), although he is still wanted in Croatia on
suspicion of having bribed former Croatian Prime Minister Ivo Sanader,
can lodge one more appeal with Croatian courts regarding the INA-MOL
case investigation.
