(Hina) - Public Administration Minister Arsen Bauk
said in Parliament on Thursday that same-sex partnerships are a
reality in Croatia and that the government-sponsored bill on life
partnership only regulates the existing situation, while the
Opposition claimed the government is using the bill to bypass the
results of last year's referendum on having the definition of marriage
as a heterosexual union included into the Constitution.
