ZAGREB, Feb 20
(Hina) - A trial chamber of the International
Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) on Thursday
dismissed a defence motion to acquit rebel Croatian Serbs' leader
Goran Hadzic, finding that the prosecution had presented sufficient
evidence proving his responsibility for crimes committed against the
Croatian population.
