ZAGREB, Feb 19
(Hina) - The prosecutor's office in Kutina has filed
a motion to indict the leader of the Croatian Pure Party of Rights
(HCSP), Josip Miljak, accusing him of committing a misdemeanor rather
than a crime of threat by sending an email with an Ustasha salute to
the head of the Jasenovac Memorial Centre, Natasa Jovicic, accusing
her of Chetnik propaganda.
