SARAJEVO, Feb 6
(Hina) - A Croatian warrant for the arrest of
retired Bosnian Serb army general Manojlo Milovanovic has arrived in
Banja Luka, but the former military official, suspected of war crimes
against civilians, cannot be extradited to Croatia, which leaves
Croatian prosecutors with the option of letting Bosnian prosecutors
deal with the case.
