(Hina) - Former Defence Minister Berislav Roncevic
has been acquitted of wrongdoing in the 2004 purchase of military
trucks because the purchase was necessary due to short deadlines and
the law on public procurement in force at the time allowed the
purchase of military trucks through direct deals, the Zagreb County
Court said on Friday, explaining its ruling.
