(Hina) - The purpose of International Holocaust
Remembrance Day, January 27, is to recall that crimes against the
Jewish people began long before the German authorities decided on the
'Final Solution' in January 1942 and people of authority should recall
in their speeches on that day the atrocities of the Nazi regime as
well as the indifference of the international community, Israeli
Ambassador to Croatia Yosef Amrani said in a statement.
